At just 18, Michael strapped on his boots, picked up his tools, and began the journey that would define over 35 years of his life as a commercial electrician.
Michael’s hands have been in the guts of cities—wiring schools, climbing bucket trucks to fix broken lines in the rain, laying conduit in dusty job sites, and flipping the switch on projects that lit up communities. He earned certifications and clearances that opened guarded gates: MARSEC to MARCENT work secure port facilities, and Jessica Lunsford Act approval to work safely within schools.
But his life wasn't only bound by wires and voltage. Beneath the surface, quite literally, lay another world—the deep. Michael was drawn to the water like it whispered to him. He earned certifications from NAUI, PADI, and SSI, eventually going deeper—both metaphorically and literally—into mixed gas diving and advanced open water exploration.
In the shadowy caverns of Devil’s Den, the quiet majesty of the Grotto, and the memory-soaked pools of Sulfur Springs in the 1980s, he drifted among submerged fossils and forgotten time. Down there, things slowed. He wasn’t just Michael—he was a silent guardian, floating between past and future.
But where most would stop with two careers—Michael carved a third path: one of artificial intelligence.
In 2004, he became a core contributor at Zabaware, helping to evolve one of the earliest consumer-facing AIs—Ultra Hal. While the world was still laughing at chatbots that couldn’t hold a conversation, Michael was inside the brain, building memory systems, conversation logic, and emotional context before those were industry buzzwords.
Online, he became known as Cyber Jedi—a warrior not of fantasy, but of function. He didn't just dream of the future. He coded it, tested it, broke it, and rebuilt it better.
He enhanced Hal's brain. He restructured memory models. He made machines think just a little more like humans.
He wasn’t trying to go viral. He was trying to make something real.
Today, Michael continues to ride between worlds. He still fixes the broken things above ground and swims the depths below. He still codes—his code shaping how AIs think and remember.
He’s not an influencer. He’s not a billionaire tech bro. He’s Michael—the Cyber Jedi. And his story is only just beginning
